Due to an almost complete view of transactions in residential plots, commercial properties and apartment buildings in Munich, Immocon provides the seller with very accurate price estimates, and advises on the right time to sell the property.

Immocon also employs the services of architects and specialist lawyers to realistically determine value creation potential.

In addition, for valuations we use a chartered surveyor.
